As per Thawte, a few of their old email aliases are no longer valid (eg: SSLadministrator, SSLwebmaster, it, mis) and a few new ones have been added to the current list. Hence, we would no longer support ssladmin, info and sysadmin as generic approver options for domain validated certificates.
