In order to enhance the speed and stability of our email setup, we are migrating existing email accounts to our new infrastructure. The next phase of this exercise will be done onĀ Friday, 7th May 2010 – where we shall migrate a batch of email accounts.
Impact:
- Any account involved will see a maximum downtime no more than 3 minutes.
- Users may not be able to login to webmail or send/receive email in that brief window.
- After the account is migrated, all services shall resume immediately.
We believe this migration should not cause significant distress to customers.
