In order to enhance the speed and stability of our email setup, we are migrating existing email accounts to our new infrastructure. The next phase of this exercise will be done today- Saturday, 1st May 2010 – where we shall migrate a batch of dormant email accounts.
Impact:
- This migration will involve accounts that are not actively in use at this time.
- Any account involved will see a maximum downtime no more than 3 minutes.
- Users may not be able to login to webmail or send/receive email in that brief window.
- After the account is migrated, all services shall resume immediately.
We believe this migration should not cause significant distress to customers.
